Social Media
Save Time on Social Media
Transform your Instagram feed and maintain a cohesive and curated grid. Your Instagram feed is often the first impression of your brand or business, so it's important to keep consistent to build trust and be recognisable to your clients or customers.
Whether you're feeling stuck when trying to create content or come up with ideas, need some more time to work in your business, or want to speed up your content creation process - choose from editable templates, unique to your brand or business (not off-the-shelf from Canva), individual bespoke posts, a set of ready-made social media content, or a complete social takeover.

Posts will be available in either Canva or Adobe Express.

If you don't have a brand, that's no problem; I can work with your existing assets and design a set of visuals to help you feel more confident and less overwhelmed when it comes to social media.
-
Initial ConsultationAfter I've received your enquiry, we'll arrange a discovery call. This allows us to get to know one another, discuss the background of your brand or business and chat about what you're looking for within your website (as well as any key dates or deadline ideas).
-
ProposalOnce we've had our discovery call, I put together a proposal document to send over to you (usually the following day). This includes more information about me and my services and provides an outline of the brief that we discussed, as well as a suggested start date for the project. Hopefully I'll have answered any questions within the proposal document, however please feel free to ask me any further questions. If you'd like to go ahead with the project, that's great - let me know and we'll get your start date booked in.
-
PreparationIt's now time to start preparing for your website design. This may involve writing your text or hiring a copywriter, as well as selecting stock-images or having a photoshoot. Don't worry- this doesn't need to be ready before we start your design; I create your website with this in mind and begin the build using example text and stock images. Your copy and images can be inputted whenever they're ready - whether this is during the build, or once the final draft is complete. If you have any visions of how you'd like your site to function or feel, it would be great if you're able to provide some visual ideas; This might be gathered from existing websites or images (they don't have to be of the same genre). I'll be in touch two weeks before your project start date to send over your deposit invoice and contract. At this stage we collaboratively set up your website builder, (domain), and hosting.
-
The BuildYour project start date is here, it's time for me to start the website build. I'll be in touch to remind you that I'm starting your design. I start by building out the full first draft of your website, using any information that you've provided or information that I've gathered from elsewhere (your social media or your existing website if we're working on a refresh). The first draft is usually ready within two-three weeks. When your first draft is ready, I'll be in touch to share a temporary link. You'll have some time to go through the initial design and we'll arrange a second call where we can go through the design and discuss feedback as well as any changes or amendments.
-
RefiningAfter our second video call, I'll respond to the feedback we've discussed and will make any changes or amendments. I'll then provide the second draft of your site and we'll repeat the process until you have the website of your dreams. Before I provide your final design, all of your text and any images will be uploaded into the site, ready for me to get your website ready for SEO. If you have an eCommerce site, we'll complete any settings that need to be ready in order for you to start taking orders and payments.
-
FinalisingYour final website design is ready - yay! All of the text and copy is on your site and I'll check through the on-page SEO, as well as complete the SEO checklist and ensure all page titles and meta descriptions are complete and as they should be. I'll go through your whole website, test all buttons and links or any functional elements to check they're working (contact forms or, if your website is an eCommerce site, this may involve placing a test order).
-
Launch and HandoverI'll be in touch to confirm your final design and, if you're happy, it's time for the exciting part; Time to publish your site. We'll connect your site to Google Search Console so that it can be indexed to Google Search Results. Over the following days, you'll receive video tutorials from me - explaining and showing how you can maintain, update and edit your site. I provide 30 days FOC support from the date your site was published, to fix any small issues or amendments. After this, if you'd still like your site to be updated by me, we can discuss options for ongoing maintenance.

Kind Words
"Sophie has been absolutely amazing to work with. She took the time to get to know us as clients and understand what we were looking for, and really got under the skin of our brief and delivered a fantastic product. Her communication is superb, everything is on time (or early) and Sophie goes above and beyond in terms of the requirements. Absolutely outstanding."
